Just got back from the Renaissance Faire in Holly, MI. Haven’t been to one of these things in years. So. Much. Walking. Mead was pretty good though.

I have been to the one west of St. Louis. But it’s been a long time. My ex’s family was into that stuff and they had a lot of friends that were the actors and volunteers that would camp on site for the weekends. Our Fair runs weekends for about 3 -4 weeks or something.
Strange folks.
My kids would probably like it though.

All my nephews could think about was getting some wooden swords. The last Ren fair I went to was in Shokopee, MN. Remember to bring cash ‘cuz most food & drink places don’t take cards.
